Terms of Service

Effective 10 June 2026

The plain-English deal between you and us. Please read it — especially the bit about being responsible for who you contact.

These Terms govern your use of Fly Away Paul (the “Service”), operated by Where Beagles Dare Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 11038022)
Made in Oxford · Hosted in Amsterdam , registered office at Unit 6 Heritage Business Centre, Belper, Derbyshire DE56 1SW, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).

1. What Fly Away Paul does

Fly Away Paul is an outreach assistant. It researches publicly available information about businesses you ask about, forms a view on who may be worth contacting, and helps you draft and send messages. Research and drafting are AI-assisted. We help you reach the right people well; the final decision on who you contact, and what you send, is always yours.

2. Your account

3. Credits, payment and your wallet

4. No guarantee of results

Outreach is human, and so are its outcomes. We help you find and reach people, but we do not guarantee replies, meetings, work, or that any research is complete or error-free. Paul's judgements are advisory. Always apply your own.

5. Sending, and your responsibilities

When you send through the Service (from your own inbox, or via a domain you verify with us), you are the sender. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, for honouring opt-outs, and for complying with all applicable laws — see the AUP, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend sending or your account if we reasonably believe it is being misused or is harming deliverability for others.

6. Intellectual property

7. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or termination.

8. Liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, but “as is” to the extent the law allows. We don't exclude liability for anything that can't lawfully be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you spent on the Service in that period, or (b) £100.

9. Suspension & termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the AUP, or where we must to comply with the law. On closure we'll handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we'll give you reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-app). Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
